Drapex is an Indian streetwear brand operated by two brothers. Our website address is https://drapex.in. We are a registered Micro, Small & Medium Enterprise (MSME) under the Government of India.

When you place an order or interact with our site, we collect:

- Communication records: Emails, Instagram DMs, and WhatsApp messages you send us.
- Browsing data: Pages visited, time on site, device and browser type, IP address. Collected via cookies and standard analytics.
How we use your information
We use the information we collect for these purposes only:
- Processing and fulfilling your order
- Sending order confirmations, shipping notifications, and tracking updates
- Handling exchanges and customer support
- Verifying payments through Razorpay
- Coordinating with our manufacturing and shipping partners to deliver your order
- Improving our website, products, and customer experience
- Sending occasional updates about new drops and brand news (you can opt out anytime)
- Complying with applicable Indian laws
We do not sell your data. We do not share your information with advertisers or third parties for marketing purposes.
Who we share your data with
We share your information only with the partners we need to fulfill your order:

- Shiprocket and DTDC — for shipping and tracking your order. We share your name, address, and phone number so they can deliver to you.
- Our manufacturing partner — for preparing and packing your tee. We share order details only.
- Hostinger — our website host, which stores order and account data on secure servers.
- Google Analytics and Meta — for understanding website traffic and running ads. Standard analytics tools used by most websites.
- Government authorities — only when legally required.
Cookies
We use cookies — small text files saved by your browser — to keep our website working properly. Cookies help us remember what’s in your cart, keep you logged in, and understand how visitors use the site.

Payment security
All payments on Drapex are processed by Razorpay using industry-standard encryption. Your card details, UPI handles, and banking credentials are never stored on our servers. We are prepaid only — we do not offer Cash on Delivery.
How long we keep your data
Order and account information is kept as long as needed to deliver your order, handle exchanges, and meet our legal and tax obligations under Indian law (typically 7 years for accounting records).
Marketing emails are sent only as long as you stay subscribed. You can unsubscribe anytime from any email we send.
Your rights
Under the Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023 and applicable laws, you have the right to:
- Request a copy of the personal data we hold about you
- Correct any inaccurate data
